- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days based on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, high-volume periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional fee.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details. You can track your order through our website or via the courier partner’s tracking page.
6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If delivery is delayed due to external factors (weather, strikes, courier issues), we will notify you.
- In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may retry or return the package to our warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery delays.
7. Packaging
All Suzyan Cosmetics orders are packed securely to avoid damage or leakage. If you receive a damaged or tampered parcel, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for verification.
